Refunds

How refunds work for Commerce Agent subscriptions, operated by Dubstream.

• The trial is free. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.
• Full refund on your first payment. If the product is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals. You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; a period that has already started is not refunded in part.
• Your legal rights. Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw or a refund (for example in the EU or UK), that right applies in addition to this policy.
• Who refunds you. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
